Using a combination of automated and manual restoration processes, clicks, crackles, scratches, hiss and other surface noises are removed. The resulting restored audio is then transferred onto CD.
We can transfer complete discs or a selection of tracks from a disc and can compile a number of 7" singles or 78s onto one CD.
AUDIO REMASTERING
We also have a wide variety of tools for enhancing and remastering audio, bringing life into old recordings.
• Using parametric and graphic equalisation, specific frequency bands
(narrow or wide) can be boosted or cut to greatly improve the overall
sound

• A touch of reverb can enhance recordings that sound flat
• Compression and limiting can enhance the overall volume levels of the audio without clipping

All records are professionally cleaned on a Moth RCM MKII, then digitised at 24 bit to ensure that processing is of the highest quality, subsequent processing at 32 bit.
